Sip & Surprises is a curated mystery wine experience. Each box contains hand-selected bottles, offering a mix of value, discovery, and excitement in every delivery.
❓ What’s inside each box?
Each box includes 6 bottles of wine. Depending on your selection (Bronze, Silver, or Premium), you may receive a mix of everyday favourites and higher-value “surprise” bottles.
❓ Can I choose the wines?
No — that’s part of the fun. Our boxes are designed to surprise you. However, we carefully curate selections to ensure quality and value in every box.
❓ How often do I receive my order?
If you subscribe, your box is delivered monthly. One-time purchases are shipped shortly after your order is placed.
❓ Is there really a chance to get premium bottles?
Yes. Each box tier includes the possibility of receiving higher-value bottles. That’s what makes every delivery exciting.
❓ Do I need to be over 18?
Yes. You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. ID may be required upon delivery.
❓ Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
❓ Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Simply manage your subscription through your account.
❓ What if I receive a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
