We currently ship across Australia. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 4–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated in promotions.

As we sell alcohol, all deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or older.
A valid ID may be required upon delivery.

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • The courier may leave a card for redelivery or collection
  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery

❗ Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos and your order number
  • We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Due to the nature of our mystery wine boxes, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we will gladly assist with:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect orders

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For subscription boxes:

  • Orders are billed automatically each cycle
  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing date
